We are Andrew, Fiona, Megan, and Adam, and we are truly pleased to welcome you warmly to Camping De La Touche. Originally hailing from the picturesque and vibrant region of the northeast of England, we made the exciting decision to settle in beautiful France back in June 2022. Since then, we have been living out our dream of managing and running a unique experience in our lovely campsite. Passionate about camping since our childhood, we have developed a profound appreciation for everything related to this wonderful outdoor activity. Throughout our time here, we have made significant and thoughtful improvements to the campsite, including the addition of a brand new pool, modern washrooms, and a charming bar, all while maintaining the enduring charm and authentic feel of the old farm buildings that grace our surroundings.

Preserving Rural Heritage

What began as a quiet agricultural property remains intentionally unpolished, allowing the charm of its rustic history to shine through. We preserved not only the traditional look and feel but also the essence of the surrounding landscape while meticulously restoring and improving the site. Natural grass boundaries were carefully maintained, enhancing the organic ambiance of the area. Additionally, we transformed the original open barn into a delightful terrace bar, which now serves an exquisite selection of local wines and beers paired with an array of traditional English dishes. This blend of services not only celebrates local flavors but also creates a community gathering space, making it a true haven for visitors seeking both relaxation and a taste of local culture.

Instead of concrete walkways and resort schedules, our grounds feature wide pitch spaces, dark starry skies, and fresh baguettes delivered daily from the nearby village baker.
